Ponte Family Estate Winery opened in 2003 and is a California based company operating in the heart of the Temecula Wine Country.
We have been farming our vineyards since 1984 and are a real working winery, growing and producing over 20 estate grown varietals within certified sustainable facilities.

Job Summary:
Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices, various accounting and administrative assignments as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Compensation: $21.
00-$23.
00 DOE
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand Ponte Values, service standards.
Process high volume of accounts payable ensuring proper coding and vendor payments in a timely and efficient manner.
Reconcile vendor statements against vendor ledgers in accounting software application.
Post credit card charges, reconcile statements, and schedule credit card payments.
Assist with various accounting assignments as assigned.
Administration duties including copying, scanning, electronic filing, document tracking, and others as assigned.
Any other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
2-5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and administrative duties preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
Exhibits integrity (honesty and truthfulness).
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
Beanworks + QuickBooks experience preferred.
