Automotive Wholesale / Inventory Accounting Clerk

Temecula Hyundai is seeking a dedicated candidate with attention to detail as a Wholesale Clerk to join our growing team.
Fast learner motivated and willing to do above and beyond.
Job duties will include and but not limited to: * The Inventory/Dealer Trades/Deposits Clerk specializes in dealership inventories, dealer trades, and daily deposits * Update and maintain the inventory database * Create jackets for auto inventory * Ensuring titles and title documentation is correct on all purchases * Responsible for packaging bank contracts for funding and new and used car deal posting, dealer trades, warranty cancellations, schedule reconciling, heat sheet being prepared, trade payoffs, deal packaging and bank submitting etc.
* Supporting our Business Office Manager in all things related to dealership inventories * Control assigned company funds and communicate all questionable transactions and/or documentation to the Business Office Manager * Completes applicable documentation accurately and according to corporate policies and procedures as well as review for accuracy and proper completion of all documentation completed by others * Prep and analyze reports * Communicate efficiently with vendors * Special projects as assigned This is a full time position, benefits and 401k plan offered.
Pay based on experience.
Automotive Experience required.
