*WHO ARE YOU: * This leadership position within the F10 Family will oversee the organization’s financial activities, including managing of our finance and accounting professionals who perform operational functions, and serve in a strategic advisory role for the owner and members of the leadership team.
In this role, you will work in meeting revenue and earnings goals and keeping cash flow stable and profitable.
You will also advise department heads across the organization, assisting them in both maximizing revenues, if they serve in a revenue-generating capacity, and controlling expenses without sacrificing customer or employee satisfaction or the company’s reputation.
As the Finance Controller, you will advise on complex data — current, past, and predicted financial results — in perspective and assist in making sound financial decisions.
You will guide the financial systems that can empower us and drive expansion.
You will have a day-to-day and ongoing impact on the company’s operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position.
This seasoned strategist not only understands current accounting practices and trends but has proven experience raising capital and adapting to change–both in growth and downsizing.
As a member of our management team, you should be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills.
You will also assist in providing overall advise to all departments on the best systems, practices and forecasting for the future success of the Organization.

*WHAT YOU WILL DO:* · Lead, inspire and motivate finance, accounting, and payroll to deliver high performance in line with the company’s expectations and standards both qualitatively and quantitatively.
· Facilitates cross-functional communication across outlets within the division and with functional partners to optimize collaborative efforts, communicating goals and expectations frequently and clearly.
· Ensure cash flow is consistent with Company operating, capital, program budgets, and reporting against the same.
· Contributes to the development and implementation of the Company’s operational plan and strategic business plan with all members of management.
· Developing, implement and maintaining accurate reporting on F10 financials to include balance sheet, cash flow, and P/L reports.
· Work alongside management on relevant key performance indicators and metrics on areas such as, payroll goals, tax reporting, credit and treasury functions, cash flow and internal audits.
· Create specific business plans per outlet while focusing both on short-term and long-term strategic and financial objectives to achieve.
· Evaluate, resolve, and elevate financial processes of the Organization to ensure efficiency and above reproach.
· Provide the primary financial interface in support of executive team to banking institutions and other outside interested parties, relating to the Company’s investment and monetary activities.
· Involved in the development, strategy, sales, and phasing forecast during Budget preparation while driving and influencing productivity and cost saving opportunities to maximize performance and excellence.
· Partner with Human Resources leaders on HRIS needs and implementation by identifying and solving of important People Tools.

· Able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as business dictates.
