The shared bathroom is well-maintained, and there’s an additional bathroom downstairs if needed.

Non-smokers, no drug use, no pets, or visitors are preferred.
The room also features a microwave, and coffee maker, and brackets and hook ups for your flatscreen TV that you will provide .
Located near hiking trails, walking trails, Esporta, and Sprouts, our home offers a safe and drama-free atmosphere, conveniently close to the 15 freeway off Winchester Road.
One person per room, no pets~ firm
