We have one of the best units in the newest building.
My favorite part is the amazing private rooftop patio with views of the lake and downtown skyline.
It is easily my favorite place in Austin to have my morning coffee.
The apartment has all super high end finishes, huge luxury bathroom, all the amenities, super dog friendly, walking distance to tons of food, coffee, stores, etc.
right on the trail, friendly neighbors.
I'm not going to try to sell you on it too hard, it's the best place I've ever lived and I'm sure if you saw it you would think so too.

It is 11'9"x11'5".
Roommates are 2 guys, working professionals, active, foodies, we love having people over once in a while for dinner and games.
Sometimes we set up the projector to watch movies on the roof, but no crazy parties, no smoking.
