Our home, 3/4 mile from Sprouts and LA Fitness, offers a tranquil escape with a clean, comfortable room featuring a cozy bed, dual-pane windows, a fan with a light kit, and a custom closet organizer.
You’ll have access to a shared large refrigerator, and we can provide a small one for your room if desired.
Living with kind, considerate owners and two working tenants, our space is a haven, complete with sweet kitties 🐱 🐈.
We seek one person only, no pets, employed outside the home.

Kitchen usage is permitted; clean up after yourself.
Rent is $800 plus $150 for utilities (Internet, water, gas, electric, trash, and laundry room usage), making the total $950 per month.
