Roommate MUST have a job and show proof of income, We have a Bedroom avail, The room is a standard room, and the bathroom is shared with another roommate which must be kept clean.
The rent is 750.
00 furnished plus utilities plus a deposit.
We are all very laid back, easy-going, and down to earth.
The roommate is responsible for their own food and transportation and has access to the kitchen, Living room, and Jacuzzi.
We do have animals so the roommate must be pet-friendly and have NO animals of their own.
House is equipped with an alarm and is in a very secure yet quiet neighborhood.
We are looking for short-term renter for the reason the house is up for sale, roommate will get plenty of notice, our other roommate is here until the house sales, we are looking for a 60 day escrow to give ample time.
An application is given and must be filled out to completion for verification of employment
and references before approval.
We do live in Desert Hot Springs so if you're looking to be closer to Gay Clubs and the Gay scene this location is NOT for you.
We are 10 to 12 minutes from Palm Springs, Great for someone who does NOT mind driving to and from.
