--I am 50 year old divorced father of two daughters (10 and 13 years old who live with me half the time).
--The environment is important to us and we want someone is tries to compost and recycle properly.
--When the girls are home, we tend to do more family like activities like watch movies, play board games, etc.
--When the girls aren't home, I tend to be active, go out and see live music and occasionally will entertain friends.
--There is a washer and dryer in the basement that you can use as well.
--We also have a covered bike coral that easily accessible.
