$1,000 Not in a hurry BUT (Hemet)

Seeking a room for myself and my fur baby family…we are one cat around 16 years, one cat about 4 years and one 7 year old dog plus me female, mature and retired in good health.
I receive a pension from my job.
ALL of my pets are clean and well cared for NO pet smells…pets are neutered, spayed, flea free…current vaccinations and rabies on dog- cats are indoors in bedroom cats.
I Would love a master bedroom or just a good size room with en-suite or private bathroom.
Nice windows that take in the outdoors my cats love a good view! Hemet and all close surrounding areas work…I’m interested in living with a person or people who are NOT actively participating in addictions such as drugs.
pot doesn’t bother me although I do not smoke it.
I have the occasional drink that’s it.
I want a long term living situation three plus years is great.
I’m gentle, kind and a good listener…we don’t have to be friends but I’m not opposed…when you live with people no matter how good they are, there’s going to be misunderstandings or disappointments all I ask is let me know…and I’ll take care of it if at all possible.
I will also communicate any areas that seem difficult however I’m unusually relaxed about others and tend not to take things personally.
My best case scenario is speaking by text first, then talking on phone, then meeting in person in public with my dog so you can see him.
And then a lot of talking to determine our compatibility.
THEN perhaps seeing your home if I check the boxes for you and you check the boxes for me.
My dog goes out with me once or twice a day and at home he can and does like time in his kennel especially if I’m not there at home with him.
In other words, none of my pets will just roam around your house.
Ps I’m trying but it’s slow going to learn Spanish if you happen to speak Spanish and would communicate in Spanish to me THAT would make me grateful! On the other hand if you don’t no problem at all… Pps I am Christian AND active …so you don’t have to be and I won’t preach just want to be sure you know.
