$600 / 1br - Room for Rent (SAN JACINTO)

I have a room for rent for one person, I'm asking $600 for rent and a $300 deposit.
I'm looking for someone responsible who has a full-time job and will have no problem with paying rent on time.
Preferably looking for a single person but couples are accepted just know the rent will be higher.
I will list below the requirements, rules, and any additional information needed about the room.
((PLEASE READ CAREFULLY )) * Rent is $600 on the 1st of each month (with a $300 deposit as listed above) * Utilities are included with the rent except Internet and cable are not included but can be added at an additional cost * Laundry room is not included * Month-to-Month rent agreement will be signed before moving in * Absolutely no smoking, drugs, or drinking alcohol allowed inside the house * No pets of any kind allowed * Street parking * Shared bathroom * No overnight guests * Proof of income required * Limited kitchen access * The neighborhood is located behind Megan Cope Elementary School in San Jacinto * Main cross streets are Cottonwood Ave and Sanderson Ave ( SE HABLA ESPAÑOL) Tengo un cuarto de renta para una persona, pido $600 de renta y $300 de depósito.
Busco a alguien responsable que tenga trabajo de tiempo completo y no tenga problema en pagar la renta a tiempo.
Preferiblemente busco una persona soltera pero se aceptan parejas solo sé que la renta será más alto.
