Room is small but common areas are comfortable.
Bathroom will be shared with one other person.
Parking is shared.
Currently in the home are a 39 and 28 year old men who both work long hours in season.
Both work in the golf business.
Ideal candidate will be laid back, social and help keep the common areas generally clean.
Heavy drinkers, party animals and night owls need not apply.
Ideal place for someone traveling light.
Some storage available if needed but not a lot of storage.
Bed in room if needed.
If chosen candidate will need to pass credit check and background.
Tenant will be added to the lease.
Deposit same as first months rent.
Transponder required for gate access (cost $25 roughly)
