All 5 bedrooms are individually climate controlled, feature TV's & have sliding door access to the outside with patios & path to the pool.
Eichler Palms is completely set with a family in mind, but it's all hidden away so the bachelor or bachelorette group aren't bothered with kid stuff.
We've thought of it all! Hidden away in closets are all the things you need to bring the littles or pets along, since we know they're #1 when it comes to traveling!
Getting around: Many places are walkable, Uber and Lyft are available, and the Palm Springs Buzz trolly service stops at the end of the block every 20 minutes from 12:00 p.

City Of Palm Springs Rental rules:
- NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE
- Noise from property must not exceed 40 decibels at the neighboring property line after 10PM
- No more than 5 cars can be parked on or in front of the property during your stay.
- All Guests Must Sign Statement of Rules and Regulations Provided by City.
- Good Neighbor Brochure Must Be Signed by Primary Occupant.
- Signed copies of Statement of Rules and Regulations and Good Neighborhood Brochure must be posted on the inside of the front door and the primary door to the backyard, or in a conspicuous location near each such door.
- Trash should not be stored in the public view, except on pick up days.
- All persons must be of at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by parents or legally authorized supervising adult.
- Daily occupancy can not exceed 14 people total.
