The single-family residence consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, situated off of Avenue 48 in Indio.
The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed.
The house also includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, covered front porch, and a fenced side yard.
High-speed internet is available for your convenience.
In the living room, you'll find a 65-inch LG Smart TV mounted on the wall, and we provide WiFi throughout the house.
Feel free to bring your own Apple TV, Fire Stick, Cube, or Android TV box to enhance your viewing experience.
The gated community offers fantastic amenities, including a clubhouse, community pool, spa, pickleball court, exercise room, cornhole and billiards.
It's the perfect setting for a community-oriented and relaxing lifestyle.
We are looking for an ideal renter who could be a snowbird, traveling doctor/nurse, or anyone seeking a serene home environment.
Non-smokers with good credit, references, and employment (or retired) status would be preferred.

The most desirable months of November, December, January, and February are available as a block, which requires renting all four months together.
Exceptions can be made by adjusting the monthly rent.
Upon signing the rental agreement, the first and last month's rent must be paid, along with a $500.
00 cleaning deposit.
Please note that we do not offer short-term vacation rentals.
