It has an enclosed garage.
The resort is located at corner of East Palm Canyon Drive and Cherokee Way.
Check in is on Thursday, Feb 15, 2024 (4pm or later) for FOUR nights.
Check out on Feb 19, 2024 (or earlier if you wish).
Unit is not available for a lower cost if you wish to stay for less than four nights, or for other dates.
The units and grounds at the Oasis Resort are maintained in excellent condition.

This unit has a King sized bed plus a Queen wall bed, sleeping a maximum of four people.
(Maximum of FOUR guests ONLY please!).
It has a full kitchen, AC, washer, dryer, 3/4 bathroom, and (depending on inventory) is either on ground level or in some cases, one flight up (no elevators).
Unit location is set at check-in.
Palm Springs' annual Modernism Week runs from Feb 15 for 10 nights.

You can be at the Park gate in 10 minutes by car.

Total Cost: $750 for 4 nights.

The renter will receive a formal reservation PDF confirmation with his/her name on it once an initial $75 deposit is made and renter can also call the resort to further confirm their name is on the booking.
Balance due within 24 hours of receipt of final confirmation.
60% refund if made at least 35 days in advance.
Otherwise, not refundable.
