Modest little land yacht situated on a quaint little 9-hole golf course.
This place is partially remodeled and includes a working kitchen and large bathroom.
It's also furnished with small couch, old fancy plasma that still seems smart enough, mango table doubles as a fancy storage container with a slick lift mechanism for having a meal.
Unfortunately, there is no closet or storage space.
The best solution I have for that is dressers or perhaps clothing rack.
Certainly, open to solution and ideas - small living spaces are a unique thing.
Anyway, the rent is $1100 and includes utilities, wifi, and access to hot mineral spas at the clubhouse where this is also mens and women's locker room, game room and gym.
This community is somewhat of a throwback to the 50's.
It is also a 55+ community.
Another great thing about this place is there is a nice little coffee shop right across the street - just open the slider and walk across the street for a hot breakfast or lunch.
