The rate is $475 per night with a four night minimum.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a washer/dryer, and an outside BBQ for your use on your own private balcony.
A 2B/2Bth condo is now available with a king bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the
second bedroom and a comfortable queen murphy bed in the living room.

The condo is a short driving distance from the music festival for your convenience.
Check-in time is 4PM on Thursday, and check-out time is 10 AM on Monday.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older and the maximum number of guests allowed in the condo is six.
Why stay in multiple rooms at the Best Western Date Tree, or Motel 6, when you can stay in a luxury condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with flat screen television, and a fully equipped kitchen When away from the concert, there are numerous amenities to enjoy at the resort.
Two or three couples can stay comfortably in a two bedroom condo.
And the occupancy tax is already included in the price of $475 per night.
There is a four night minimum, but additional nights can be easily added for only $200 per night.
