$800 / 2br - 12/1 to 12/8 - 2bdrm condo for rent in Palm Springs (Palm Springs)

I have timeshare in Palm Springs available for use from Friday December 1, 2023 to Friday December 8, 2023.
This offer is for renting all seven nights I will not rent single nights.
It is at The Vista Mirage.
It is a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms.
It could be located on the second level with no elevator so please don’t buy it if you can’t walk up stairs.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has either a queen or two beds.
I cannot guarantee which type you get but you can call in and request what you want in the second bedroom and what floor you want, but again, no guarantee's.
This unit comes with a living room, a kitchen that has some cooking equipment in it.
They allow a maximum of six people to stay in this unit.
It is located at 400 S Hermosa Drive, in the city of Palm Springs.
The resort is located within two short blocks of shopping and lots of restaurants.
The pictures in this ad are representative of what the resort, and its amenities look like.
One of the pictures in this ad is of the interval document that list the amenities in the unit I rented and another one of the pictures shows the amenities at the Vista Mirage as are listed in their website.
Please go to their website or call them to confirm all this information before renting it from me.
There is only parking for one car, but there is parking on Hermosa Drive which is a quiet side street in front of the condominiums.
You will need a credit card, (with an open balance of some amount, call into the resort to find out how much), to put on file when you check in.
NO PETS OR SMOKING ARE ALLOWED.
You can check in at 4PM and check out is at 11am.
At $800 a week, that comes down to less than $115 a night for a two bedroom townhouse unit, that is less expensive than many hotels! I have about $1100 into my costs on this unit, so my knee problem is your win:) I booked this unit last January, using my Interval International website, trading a different timeshare that I own to get it.
I have the type of Interval International account that allows me to add a guest’s name, so once you purchase the week I just go the interval website and put your name on the reservation and forward it to you.
I was going to use it to enjoy a relaxing week in Palm Springs before a Christmas gets crazy, but this morning I slipped on my sport court in Olympia WA, (where I live), and had to have emergency knee surgery and I can’t go:( I accept Paypal.
When I receive the PayPal payment I can put the reservation in your name right at that time.
I use PayPal as it makes it so you cannot get ripped off.
Paypal has a policy where if you don’t get what I sold you they freeze the money in my account until we resolve the issue.
If you did not get a two bedroom unit at the Vista Mirage from 12/1 to 12/8 you get your money back.
It costs me a percent of what I get from you to use PayPal but it is nice guarantee for the purchaser against being ripped off.
Please make sure you want this week because once purchased there is no cancellation or refunds, unless you don’t get the two bedroom unit.
You will know you have the unit and can call into the resort shortly after I transfer it to you, (during their business hours), to confirm that.
I own a few timeshares and occasionally have had to do this in the past.
