Skilled Handyman/Contractors needed- day rates (Yucca Valley)

I'm a local property manager.
I am looking for some experienced handyman or contractors for everything from light remodeling punchlist work to full renovations.
Most of the properties are in the Morongo Basin, Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and 29 Palms.
We also have some in Desert Hot Springs and Palm Springs.
I have a GC we work with for years but he has a small team and can only handle a couple projects at a time.
I have a long list of work that needs to get done in the next few weeks so I'm looking for some experienced tradesmen that want extra work.
Our day rates range from $280-$350 a day for cash pay.
If you're licensed we can 1099 and pay a higher rate.
The more skills you have the more work I can give you.
All the work will be inspected by our GC so if you have a problem with that no need to apply.
Must have your own phone, transportation, tools, you know what's needed.
