This means that you know or have a crew that knows the following:

* Framing
* Window and door installation
* Mini-split installation
* Drywall installation
* Insulation installation
* Texturing
* Kitchen cabinet installation
* Install copper water lines
* Install vanities
* Install faucets, water lines, garbage disposals
* Install appliances
* Paint interior and exterior
* Stucco work
* Roofing
* Install bath tub
* Install shower doors
* Install ceiling fans
* Install light fixtures
* Install plumbing fixtures
* Run electrical wiring
I have many projects in Yucca Valley, Desert Hot Springs, and Adelanto, CA, and, therefore, I’m looking for someone to give me very competitive prices knowing that they will have many subsequent projects.
If you are the “I’m expensive” kind or someone that is trying to get rich off of one project, we won’t be able to do business.
I’ve completed a few ADUs already, and I have a crew already, but there is too much work for one crew.
