An advanced building technology company is searching for experienced Framers / Carpenters who have experience with lumber / timber and light gauge steel (LGS) framing.

in both Multi-Family (Apartment buildings) and Single Family homes construction.
The successful candidate should be able to do alll phases of framing, including walls, door and window openings, concrete anchors, hold downs, roof components, install trusses, beams, hangers, etc.
Ability to read blueprints, basic layout and installing drywall is a plus.
Also ability to drive a forklift or a telehandler is also a plus.
You will be working with advanced framing equipment and tools to produce high quality factory built housing.
Successful candidates are required to have achieved an apprentice status in Framing, have a professional attitude, good communication and computer skills as well as having their own vehicle and some tools.
Some work will be done in San Diego, where you'd be travelling on a company's vehicle.
Your travel distance to work under 22 miles is preferred.
