A local Palm Springs based company is looking to hire staff for our Field Crew Team who have basic power tool skills and welding experience.
You will run your own company truck with a Field Crew Teammate to assist and sometimes oversee the installation of varying metal fabricating related projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the installation and/or repair of various types of jobs including gates/doors, fencing, light structural, railings, and more.
REQUIREMENTS:
Able to follow instructions of blueprints, drawings, and/or instructions provided by team leads
Able to work with little to no supervision in a timely and efficient manner
Take accurate and precise field measurements using basic tools and guides
Track all equipment and supplies
Perform other duties as assigned in a professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic welding experience with a solid understanding of welding fundamentals
Familiarity with use of basic hand and power tools (grinder, drill, welder, band saw, etc.

Ability to handle physical workload
Prepare to travel and work indoor/outdoor and in various weather conditions within the valley
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Reliable
**ADDED BONUS = Having experience both with the fabrication and field installation of metal systems and/or fencing.
