provides high-pressure mist, fog, and special effect solutions.
Field service technicians and installers are responsible for performing duties related to the installation, maintenance, service and field-testing of high-pressure Koolfog mist and fog pump systems.
Must be able to work with customers and problem solve out in the field.
Additional duties may include work in our manufacturing shop on various preparation and production tasks.
Experience related to motors, pumps, relays, solenoids, sensors, and valves preferred.
Plumbing or construction background a plus.
Technical training specific to the position and product knowledge will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Be well-organized and a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
* Undertake and successfully complete high quality field service calls
* Must work well with job deadlines and time constraints
* Ability to read tape measure and use variety of small hand tools
* Ability to bend, squat, kneel as well as climb and work upon ladders
* Ability to work closely with management, supervisors, trainers and team members
* Ability to work extended hours if needed (late evenings, weekends)
* Ability to travel
* Ability to perform heavy lifting daily
* Ability to work in a variety of environments, including construction sites, homes, commercial buildings and outdoor spaces
* Maintain a high level of customer service
* Maintain tools and product inventories
* Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following good safety practices
* Follow all Quality Assurance guidelines set for by Koolfog
* Follows all company policies and procedures
* Ability to drive company vehicle for extended
* Must have a valid CA drivers license and pass requirements set by Company’s auto insurance carrier
