A do-it-all maintenance technician with experience in many trades.
A detail-oriented team-player who can get things done.
Broad experience in an agricultural operation, knowledgeable of facilities and machinery.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work together with our fun group of dedicated personnel.
A willingness to learn and stay up to date on the latest technologies.
What you'll do:
Bring your teamwork attitude
Basic electrical installation and repair of switches, outlet plugs, appliances, lighting, etc.
Basic plumbing repairs, leaks, clogged lines, maintain and monitor equipment.
Handyman skills: repair of walls, doors, windows, light fixtures, prepare surfaces for paint, etc.
Grounds maintenance: mowing, weeding, replacing plants, sprinkler repair/replacement.
Maintain all tools and equipment in the shop area (cleaning, lubricating, etc.
).
Take instruction and follow orders from supervisor.
Share information and work together to build the best Maintenance department team!

Full-time, in-person position located in Thermal, CA.
Full-time hours, 5 days/week, two consecutive days off.
Some weekend and holiday time as business demands.

The Tech III position requires proficiency in any 2 of the following categories, above average skill in 3 more of these categories, and basic skills in all the rest, including reading blueprints:
Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Electrical
Mechanical
Plumbing
Pneumatic/Electronic Systems & Controls
Carpentry & Finish Skills
General Building
Also, regularly lift 10 pounds, frequently 50 pounds, occasionally move more than 100 pounds, operate a pallet jack and/or be certified in using a forklift.
Education and/or Experience:
High School certificate
2 years maintenance experience
Maintain a valid driver license
English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
