Solar Inspection Tech

We are seeking a Solar Inspection Technician to join our team.
The Solar Inspection Technician will be responsible for inspecting solar panel installations to ensure that they meet industry standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry and possess strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site inspections of solar panel installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Use specialized equipment to measure and record data on solar panels, wiring, and other components.
* Analyze data and identify any issues or areas of concern, and recommend solutions to address them.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers and other team members.
* Maintain accurate and detailed inspection reports and documentation.
* Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, and participate in ongoing training and development.
Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in a related field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in the solar industry, with knowledge of solar panel installation and maintenance techniques.
* Strong technical skills, including experience with specialized equipment and software.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
