is a Modular / Factory Built housing company is searching for a construction project Engineer / Expeditor, who has strong analytical skills and understanding of construction and assembly processes.
A college degree in business or a technical field and a minimum of 5 years construction / development experience is required.
This person will be managing a production facility and assist as necessary the expediting of various projects, do material purchasing, and assist with construction activities.
Personal vehicle, strong English communication skills and reliability are essential.
This job will require the person to work from our office in San Diego (near UCSD) and from our North-East Temecula facility.
A successful candidate must be familiar with construction business, have good math skills, and know well how to use Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word.
Ability to use drafting software such as Autocad is required.
College Degree is Required.
