```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed correctly and according to plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or HeavyBid
- Knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
