Handyman/Laborer

Responsibilities: - Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas - Conduct routine inspections - Troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform repairs or replacements as needed - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to assist with repairs and installations - Coordinate with contractors for larger projects - Provide excellent customer service - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing - Basic knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally - Leadership skills to supervise contractors or staff as needed Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
