Position Summary:

We are seeking an Electric Vehicle (EV) Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of EV-related projects, including the integration of EV charging infrastructure and innovative EV technologies into our service offerings.
This role involves cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and a focus on sustainability and technological advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately define project scopes and develop comprehensive proposals, ensuring meticulous management of project budgets and expenditures to meet or exceed margin expectations and financial objectives.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EV projects, ensuring alignment with Cennox's strategic objectives and commitment to sustainability.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to develop integrated EV solutions that enhance our service offerings to clients in the banking, retail, and financial sectors.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and post-launch support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the EV space, informing project development and innovation.
Engage with suppliers, partners, and industry experts to secure the best resources and knowledge for project success.
Oversee the integration of EV charging infrastructure at client sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and best practices into project processes and company-wide initiatives.
Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
5 years of project management experience in a related field, with a strong emphasis on sustainable technologies or electric vehicles.
Proven track record of successful project management in a technology-driven environment, ideally with experience in EV projects or related fields.
Deep understanding of the EV market, including technological trends, regulatory landscape, and customer expectations within the banking, retail, and financial sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenges efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and software, with an agile and adaptable approach to project execution.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
