Entry Level / Skilled Laborers

Duties: - Perform various tasks related to construction and labor work - Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and forklifts - Assist with welding and fabrication projects - Install flooring, cabinets, glass, and other construction materials - Restore and repair structures or surfaces as needed - Assist with masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete pouring - Utilize Bluebeam software for construction documentation and project management - Conduct construction painting and finishing tasks - Perform construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations Skills: - Proficiency in operating heavy equipment - Experience with welding and fabrication techniques - Knowledge of flooring installation methods - Familiarity with cabinet installation procedures - Ability to restore and repair structures or surfaces - Competence in glass installation techniques - Understanding of masonry principles and practices - Proficiency in using Bluebeam software for construction documentation - Experience in construction painting and finishing techniques - Knowledge of construction inspection processes Note: This is an entry-level position, so experience in all of the listed skills is not required.
However, a willingness to learn and develop these skills is essential.
