```Duties```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes and cracks, and sanding surfaces
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Repair and restore damaged or worn surfaces
- Use airless paint spraying equipment for large-scale projects
- Work with drywall, including patching and repairing as needed
- Perform trim carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and crown molding
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete painting and carpentry tasks
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a painter, including knowledge of various painting techniques
- Proficiency in using airless paint spraying equipment
- Familiarity with drywall repair and installation techniques
- Basic carpentry skills, including trim carpentry and frame carpentry
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong understanding of basic math concepts for measuring and mixing paint quantities
- Ability to read schematics and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of color theory and the ability to create harmonious color combinations
