We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Roofer who is interested in growing their career.
As the Lead Roofer , you will play a crucial role in overseeing roofing projects, ensuring their successful completion, and upholding our standards of quality and safety.
You will lead a team of roofers, collaborate with project managers, and use your expertise to deliver top-notch roofing and repair solutions to our clients.
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead a team of roofers and subcontractors , providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
* Execute roofing projects, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
* Conduct on-site assessments and inspections to determine project requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines and budgets.
* Prepare accurate estimates for repair and roof installation projects.
* Procure necessary materials and equipment for each project.
* Maintain and repair various roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose roofing issues and repairs, proposing effective solutions.
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
* Complete all necessary paperwork, and utilize photos to accurately document project scope, and input into Buildertrend software.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a roofer, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Valid driver's license.
* Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
* Must be OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified.
* Must have own set of tools and truck.
We will provide Gas Card.
* *Must be willing to travel throughout San Diego, Orange, Riverside, LA and San Bernadino Counties.
