Responsibilities:
-Provide home modification estimates for consumers referred by Inland Empire Health Plan
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Collaborate with CalAIM Coordinator to ensure project success
- Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Proficient in construction estimating and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Experience in various construction trades such as bathroom conversions, ramps, door widening, etc.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
