Bring a team of two to four people who can lift 70 pounds and reach a shelf at 6 and one half feet.
Prior construction and building trade experience required.
Work intelligently self-directed and also according to directions from the boss no matter how detailed.
Current Tasks:
Buildout two 40 foot non-operating refrigerated cargo containers:
Level the containers with provided jack,
polish grime from aluminum floors,
cut subfloor panels to size,
cover with subfloor panels,
finish with flooring material.
Disassemble and reassemble industrial metal shelving — boltless and bolted.
Assemble industrial shelving onto floor: mostly boltless, some bolted.
Move 1200 square feet of warehouse inventory to new site near PS airport.
Move electronics equipment, cargo, materials from one site to another.
Citizen of USA and good English required of at least one of the team who will be onsite and working at all times of the job.
References from prior clients or bosses required.
