Help manage the portfolios of bank accounts, billpay, incoming invoices, prepare records for accountants, reconcile, recover funds, prepare explanation of cash disbursements, income, etc.
Excellent 10-Key skills, English, basic arithmetic, accounting software such as Quickbooks, Quicken, MacInTax, Excel, Macintosh OSX, etc.
Service to be provide in residences in Central Palm Springs.
Must have commute free of road closures and commutes longer than 15 minutes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Active clientele list providing similar functions
Two plus years of similar service in Coachella Valley
10 years functioning as accounting clerk, or mid-level bookkeeper
Very clean background record
