We are seeking for a seasoned General Superintendent to join our family.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in residential development, custom homes, and tract home developments.
Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion Manage budgets and schedules Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Resolve construction issues and problems Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Maintain a safe and productive work environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field 10+ years of experience in residential development, custom homes Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software To apply, please submit your resume and project list to info@kaizenstackup.
