Handyman/Contractor - Punchlist work (Palm Springs)

I'm a local Realtor that has a few properties I need to get ready for sale in the next 2 weeks.
These properties have been remodeled and the major work has been done by the General Contractor.
What's left is the smaller finish work.
We create a punchlist and you come in and knock out the list.
Usually 3-6 days of work depending on what you can do.
We pay a day rate from $250-$300 per day for cash.
Or $350 for business pay.
Looking for someone fast, skilled and knowledgeable.
Must have your own tools and transportation.
We have more work available for the right person.
