Objective:
Effectively manage the team that ensures a great Guest experience by inspecting our Properties prior to arrival as well as helping in the troubleshooting during a Guest stay according to our policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule inspections across the team utilizing our software to game plan for demand and schedule accordingly
Schedule after hour support and participate in the support rotation.
Strong attention to detail mindset.
Lead and Implement all policies and procedures within the Inspections team
Inspect and direct 3rd party housekeeping in ACME brand standards and guest/owner special requests.
Communicate with Property Owners and other team members when certain items need replacing or any other issue
Check and confirm all Housekeeping overages/linen inventories and PAR levels/quality standards
Manage lost and found items
Lead and keep the stock room supplied and organized
Ensure all inspector and housekeeping vehicles are organized and stocked
Ensure cleaning products are being used efficiently and being used on correct items in accordance with OSHA and brand standards.
Quality control of independent housekeeping companies performance holding vendors accountable for work performed
Periodically Inspect properties upon arrivals and post departure,.
A “Inspect what you Expect” mentality.
Audit and track all departure/arrivals inspection reports & call backs
Ensure housekeeping has all they need from us to perform their jobs correctly
Work closely with laundry services to ensure quality is being maintained, pick ups and deliveries are scheduled and discards are minimal.
Possess excellent communication and leadership skills and are a strong, creative problem solver
Participate in the hiring process in terms of recruitment and selection
Work closely with Property Agents and Engineers to execute our services
Any other duties assigned to you.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years in hospitality or customer service, or other applicable experience
Experience managing teams of people
Smartphone/Computer Literate
Able to mentor team to create efficient processes
Excellent communication skills / bi-lingual
Time Management skills
Hospitality knowledge of Housekeeping Customer Service, the quest is our priority.
