Construction Project Superintendent

We are seeking experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the on-site day to day operations of assigned project.
*This position requires prior on-site construction Superintendent experience, ground-up as well as tenant improvement projects*, experience including but not limited to overall safety on the job, function and duties of trades on the job, jobsite posting requirements and documentation.
Demonstrates solid ability to communicate at all levels of the project.
Ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience.
Valid California driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance is required.
Candidates considered for a position are subject to drug and alcohol testing, additionally a DMV inquiry if position requires driving as a requirement of the position.
