In addition to the satisfaction of working for a company that values its employees, _you can also enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment!_ *Objective of this role:* As a *Foam Roofer*, you will work with a team of roofing professionals and solar installation experts to consistently perform high-quality spray polyurethane foam installations.
You will be responsible for identifying and correcting spray foam issues and coaching apprentice installers to ensure that your team performs at a high level.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Operations: Removes and installs spray polyurethane foam based on the specifications of each job.
Follows standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation.
Completes a high-quality job while maintaining efficiency.
Has working knowledge of all types of spray foam and consistently performs quality checks.
Spray closed-cell Polyurethane foam on roofs.
Apply elastomeric coating at specified mil thickness.
Proper installation of drip edge.
Prep roof for spray foam application.
* Technical: Diagnoses and resolves spray foam issues.
Has knowledge of how to break down and clean a spray foam gun.
* Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customers.
Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans the job site upon completion of the job.
* Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety.
Provides instruction and training to apprentice team members.
Communicates any issues to the construction manager.
Performs other related duties as required.
*Qualifications:* * _*Experience in Spray Polyurethane Foam installation is required*_ * Valid CA driver's license * Pass a drug and background check * Be able to lift 60lbs * Spray Foam/Spray Coating experience * Technical knowledge and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot rig equipment and Spray Foam Gun * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Retrofit SPF applications Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
