We are looking for a HVAC Maintenance / Service Technician to join our team! *Requirements - Maintenance Service Technician* * 3 years experience in HVAC diagnosis, installations and repairs.
* _Must be EPA Certified.
_ * Working knowledge of general HVAC service/maintenance.
* Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance * Has reliable *truck *and basic maintenance tools * Able to lift at least 50 pounds * Professional in demeanor and appearance - Customer service oriented * Able to communicate effectively both in oral and written correspondence (this position involves the need for clarity and accuracy in paperwork and work orders) * Well organized as this position requires you to create and maintain your own schedule on a weekly basis * Bilingual is a plus, but not required * Pre-employment drug screening required *Job duties - HVAC Maintenance Service Technician* * Tech will provide HVAC services for residential properties.

* Provide HVAC maintenance services to tenants throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas as assigned * *This position requires technician to drive 4-8 hours in a day.
