Residential Electrician

Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical wiring and fixtures - Install electrical boxes, outlets, switches, and other components - Test electrical systems and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions - Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and HVAC technicians, to complete renovation projects - Provide assistance with general maintenance person tasks as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings - Proficiency in high voltage electrical systems - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and other tradespeople - Valid driver's license Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
