Landscape Construction Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for the leadership and management of assigned projects, and includes the administration of financial performance, asset utilization, customer retention and profitability objectives.
This position will oversee the scope, schedule and budget for specific projects.
*ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS*
· Comply with all Vintage Outdoors and company policies/procedures and safety requirements.
· Thorough knowledge of landscape and irrigation construction
· Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred
· Must be computer literate in MS Excel, Word, and Realtime Landscape Architect
· Must be able manage all aspects of estimating on jobs, including: proposal writing, plans, quotes, bids, R.
F.
I’s , change orders, renderings and submittals.
· Proficient in both oral and written communication
· Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred
· Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
· Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy
· Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards regarding safety compliance
