What will I be doing in this role?
- Manage commissions and payroll systems including: commissions calculations, commission reports, corporate bonus reports, updating payroll table, and timely disbursement of commissions/payroll.
- Master understanding of financing portals with EPCs as well as internal financing options.
- Support the Finance Department in ensuring that all solar and non-solar projects are funded in a timely manner, as well as updating all funding reports in CRM.
- Assist the DOF with the creation and maintenance of all Financial Reports.
- Assist the DOF with the daily maintenance of Quickbooks – posting account charges in accordance with direction from the CEO and DOF.
- Onboard all new employees and contractors in the appropriate payroll systems.
- Attend weekly Finance meetings.
- Track and oversee worker’s compensation reports and ensure they are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track COGS and accounts payable on a weekly basis and provide reports to the DOF for review.
What are the requirements for this role?
Flexible Full-time Availability (choose your own hours up to 40 hours weekly)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous finance experience is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's or equivalent degree preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
