We are looking for handymen for interior detail and repair work on residences in San Diego.
The Handyman should be able to perform general repairs and installations as needed.
Must have knowledge of the following:
• Carpentry: some finish/framing carpentry (studs, trim, molding, doors & framing)
• Painting: matching paint for touch up, brush and roll work on walls/doors/trim
• Minor Electrical, fixtures, wall plugs
• Drywall Installation: patch/hang/tape/texture
• Caulking
• Minor repairs
• Detailing and cleaning
• Attention to detail
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
