If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Maintenance Assistance you will assist the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Must have:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years’ experience in operation of boilers, compressors, generators, etc.
, as well as various mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, maintenance practices and procedures
Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair, new construction, and equipment installation.
Ability to understand, control and track direct spending and labor budgets.
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare facility
Supervisory experience
As a Central Supply Clerk, you will be responsible for providing supplies and equipment in an efficient manner following various guidelines and regulations, as directed, to always assure the highest quality of resident care.
In addition you will:
Maintain and organize supply inventory.
Manage the ordering and stocking of central supply items (briefs, over the counter meds, gloves, gowns, etc.
)
Assist with claims on returning merchandise or shipping errors.
Stock the facility with supplies
Must have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledgeable of supply practices, procedures, and guidelines
Ability to understand, control and track direct spending budgets
Nice to have:
Nursing facility care or healthcare experience
Strong communication skills
Creative problem-solving abilities
