Duties and Responsibilities
Pay Range: $22-$24/hour
Create weekly schedules with regards to product that is ready to trim.
Oversee trim staff's manicuring of product to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.
Maintain trim staff's time sheets and punctuality.
Track the amount of unusable waste for each batch.
Make sure product being processed it to comply with Standard Operating Procedures Check broken down product to see that the sort of smalls and bigs is correct.
Identify that biomass(trim/waste) is being placed in the correct bins and has no usable product in it.
Weigh trim staff's finished product and sort to quality standards.
Weigh, record and label all finished product as it becomes available to do so.
Input trim staff's numbers daily in trim log.
Maintain efficient moisture levels in batches that are in line to trim, tending to them following Standard Operating Procedures.
Must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
Must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.
Must manage their time during work efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
Must be able to follow basic instructions so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
Must show up on time for work every day ready to work.
Must exhibit personal hygiene while processing cannabis.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time while paying attention to detail Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedule Perform any other duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications Experience with cannabis cultivation and trimming Previous management experience.
Accuracy and consistency while trimming Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms Ability to focus on a task for long periods of time High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Excellent organizational and communication skills Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Be 21 + years of age Ability to understand policies and procedures and follow appropriately.
Work Environment Operations: This position will work in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and working in proximity with staff and vendors.
Retail: This position will work in an indoor facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, and working in proximity with customers and staff.
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and may work in proximity with customers and staff.
Job Requirements Work revolves around objectives, projects and priorities, not hours; must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
Must be able to transition between buildings to assist when needed.
Ability to use computer and calculator for 8 hours or more.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must pass any and all required background checks.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement or Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
