Job Summary
The Inventory Specialist II is responsible for ensuring that all inventory movements in operations are recorded accurately and timely within the company's ERP system.
This role works hand in hand with production managers to build production work orders, receive items into the system and document all intercompany inventory movement (transactions) and support finance with all inventory reconciliations and BOM adjustments.
In addition, this role works with Supply Chain to assist in all Physical Inventory Activities, Cycle Counts and Audits.
May manage Inventory Specialist Is.
Pay Range: $22-$24/hour
Duties and Responsibilities
Drafts all inventory transfers and work orders items in their area of scope
Receives all cannabis-related products and packaging into SAP and supports inventory reconciliations for PO Creators and AP to complete the vendor payment process
Manages intercompany related transactions for production, including purchasing flower and/or trim by production and extraction, with all related locational transfers
Closes out all production work orders through order reconciliation
Supports operations in building standard costs by SKU
Operates to all SOPs and best practices within Gold Flora systems
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in an inventory management role
Strong communication and computer skills required
Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in an organized manner
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, comfortability with various software and databases.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
)
Experience in operating within ERP systems a plus
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and may work in proximity with customers and staff.
Minimum travel will be required.
Job Requirements
Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours; must be able to flex to the work as needed based on project goals and timelines.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
Ability to use computer for 8 hours or more.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement.
