Job Summary:
The PM will be reporting to the Regional Product Department Product Manager will work within the product department to provide clerical, reporting, and logistical support.
They will be the primary source for interdepartmental reporting and internal announcements in conjunction with the project manager.
Additionally, the Product Department Admin can help support the various departments according to the product team process flow from project to project.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
Product Team Strain Schedule Form Maintenance and Confirmations Announcements (For all current markets & future markets)
Product Breakdown Matrix One Sheeter
Build and sort 1 Sheeters (states & departments)
Working with R&D Regionals and Product manager to update the Product Team Strain Schedule
Coordinate product announcements for retail-focused employees
Checking labels & packaging for accuracy
Working with procurement and inventory teams; Checking inventory arrival status' and coordinating relevant arrival times to key task champions
Assisting the Project Manager with communication and logistics between departments
Fielding requests from other departments to the Product Team such as samples for sales/marketing staff or assistance with marketing copy
Working with personnel in all states to track incoming products for testing and sending approvals to necessary personnel promptly.
Keep records of passed/failed COAs during the product development phase.
Photographing/logging new inventory
Asana (non-manager)
Keeping notes
Logging notes into boards when applicable
Tracking personal day-to-day duties
Understanding Microsoft Dynamics and Metric reporting to support the product development as a secondary user.
Organize and schedule meetings and events.
Support the Product team on ad hoc duties as required.
Basic Qualifications - Required:
Prior Cannabis knowledge or experience in either an educational base, production, cultivation, manufacturing, or extraction setting is required.
2+ years in project management is required.
2 Years experience with Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with Asana is recommended but not required.
Experience with Power BI is recommended but not required.
Effective technical writing skills (email/chat/text)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to focus under and deal with pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Must be proactive with a track record of taking initiative.
Tech savvy and able to balance multiple lines of communication.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30
