Local Design/Build General Contractor is looking for an experienced working foreman for various projects.
Ideal candidate must have Journeyman level experience with the following tasks:
*Framing from Rough to Finish Work both wood and metal stud
*Drywall installation all stages
*Demolition of Concrete, Interior Wall Demolition, All Phases of project demolition
*Concrete Installation
*New Custom Home Construction (All Phases of New Home Construction)
*Residential & Commercial Remodels
*Proficient using the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Must be very organized and able to plan crew/work tasks accordingly for your assigned projects when necessary
*Able to write daily log reports of work progress
*Must take pride in your work and give 110% at all times
*Able to lead when necessary while still being respectful to all crew members and staff
*Able to lead team meetings and meet with clients providing excellent customer service when necessary
