Job Description We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to be located in either our Ontario or Cabazon factory.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Providing a professional financial perspective to the factory operations, ensuring that adequate control procedures and policies are in place as well as providing factory management with information and guidance, with a view to optimize the use of resources and achieve budget plans • Working as an integral member of the leadership team at the factory to achieve factory operational goals • Coordinating the preparation of financial plans, including budgets, forecasts and headcount • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and technical standards • Preparation of financial and non-financial reports • Identify potential improvements in cost effectiveness and make proposals to the appropriate parties • Provide the business with assumption-based financial forecasting • Managing Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls • Perform new product setup in SAP and ensure accurate product costing • Work on projects as assigned by the Region Controller • Periodic travel may be necessary #LI-onsite Qualifications Key qualifications include: • Bachelor's Degree preferred, Finance or related field • 2 years' experience with Finance and Cost Accounting • Exposure to Supply Chain operations, specifically manufacturing preferred • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required; including pivot table skills • Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred • Prior experience with payroll/timekeeping systems desired, Kronos/Workforce knowledge a plus • Strong communication skills including written and verbal • Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize duties with a sense of urgency • Team-oriented, self-motivated, accountable and dedicated to continuous improvement Pay Transparency disclaimer: Base Salary Range : $75,757 - 92,438 per year.
This role is also eligible for a yearly bonus of 7%.
Salary Range Disclaimer: The salary range provided for this position is an approximation based on market research, internal compensation data and the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Final salary offers are determined through a comprehensive evaluation of candidate qualifications and may vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location of the position.
Other components of the compensation package, including benefits and bonuses, will also be considered.
